This role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM) solutions within an S/4

HANA environment, ensuring seamless integration with other modules to support digital transformation in asset management and operational efficiency.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, analyze "as-is" processes, and design "to-be" maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown, refurbishment).
• Configure core SAP PM functionalities:
  Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Work Centers, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, Work Orders, Status Management, and Measuring Points;
  Deep Knowledge of S4
  
  HANA and Fiori based PM Apps.
• Oversee the conversion of master data (equipment, task list, etc.) from legacy system to S/4
  
  HANA using tools like SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Ensure robust integration with Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and third‑party systems.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation; propose solutions using RICEFW objects where needed.
• Lead UAT, create test scripts, prepare end‑user documentation, and train business users.
• Lead project implementation activities for 5–10 years of experience in SAP PM with 2–3 S/4
  
  HANA end‑to‑end implementations.

• Proven experience in SAP PM implementation and support, with specific S/4
  
  HANA experience (greenfield/brownfield).
• Strong understanding of asset management best practices and maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and functional design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Required 5–10 years of SAP PM experience and 2–3 years of S/4
  
  HANA end‑to‑end implementation.
