**** Position Overview
**** This position is responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across multiple work streams and functional areas. This role ensures strategic alignment to business goals manages program governance and drives end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions. The SAP Program Manager partners with project leadership IT teams functional leads integration partners and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value and enable enterprise-wide standardization simplification and growth.
**** Key Responsibilities
***** Manage cross-functional dependencies across Finance Supply Chain Logistics Manufacturing and other functional domains
* Drive alignment between business process standardization and SAP best practices
* Foster a clean core mindset to reduce customizations and technical debt
* Provide executive program updates including KPIs risk profile budget tracking and delivery milestones
* Ensure regulatory and audit compliance including SOX controls and change management documentation
* Manage vendor performance and ensure contract adherence SLAs and quality assurance
* Ensure integration across functional technical data testing and change management teams
* Manage the SAP Integrated toolchain and drive a structured SAP activate project methodology
* Manage readiness assessments cutover planning and deployment strategy
* Ensure disciplined solution documentation and knowledge transfer
* Oversee testing efforts and release management strategies

**** Minimum
* * Qualifications & Skills
*** Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field required Master's Degree Preferred
* 5-7 years of SAP project/program management or SAP Capability lead experience
* Experience managing large multi-workstream SAP initiatives or S/4

HANA transformations
* Demonstrated experience managing vendor/SI teams and offshore resources
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
