Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination:
    Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Planning & Execution:
    Develop and manage project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Contract Management:
    Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with architects, consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Permitting & Compliance:
    Secure all required permits and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Establish and oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Financial Oversight:
    Monitor project costs, manage cash flow, and oversee procurement to keep projects on budget.
  • Client Relations:
    Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent communication and timely updates.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Incident Management:
    Document and report any incidents, accidents, or delays in accordance with established protocols.
  • Safety Enforcement:
    Promote and enforce safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Experience conducting constructability reviews
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Procore (preferred)
