Position: Tooling Technician

Job Type: Full-time (40 Hours/Week), Non-Exempt, 1st Shift (M-F)

What You'll Do

Building and finishing/polishing of production and prototype tooling and parts by hand and using tools; examination of all surface areas during finishing process.
Performing service and periodic maintenance on vacuum forming tools
Assisting in tool changes
Assisting in shop maintenance tasks as necessary

What You'll Bring

3-5 years' experience in Tooling industry (benchwork, tool finishing/polishing), strongly preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

What We Value

Tool & Die maintenance experience strongly preferred
Carpentry experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be proactive and show initiative in taking on and completing projects

Other

Frequently sits and stands extended periods of time
Frequently reach, bend, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
Frequently uses small hand tools
