Tooling Technician.

Full-time (40 Hours/Week), Non-Exempt, 1st Shift (M-F).

• Build and finish/polish production and prototype tooling and parts by hand and using tools; examine all surface areas during finishing process.
• Perform service and periodic maintenance on vacuum forming tools.
• Assist in tool changes.
• Assist in shop maintenance tasks as necessary.

• 3-5 years' experience in tooling industry (benchwork, tool finishing/polishing), strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Tool & Die maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Carpentry experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be proactive and show initiative in taking on and completing projects.

• Frequently sits and stands extended periods of time.
• Frequently reach, bend, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently use small hand tools.
