- Lead, mentor, and support licensed nurses and STNAs on your assigned unit
- Provide hands‑on clinical leadership while reinforcing best practices and facility protocols
- Oversee resident care plans, assessments, documentation, and follow‑up in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in daily clinical meetings, care conferences, and quality‑improvement initiatives
- Address resident and family concerns with empathy, respect, and prompt follow‑through
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including infection control and documentation standards
- Serve as a positive role model who fosters accountability, teamwork, and mutual respect
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing, strongly preferred
- Previous leadership, charge nurse, or unit management experience
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
