This is a full-time on-site position based in Maumee, OH, for an aspiring Real Estate Agent Trainee. You'll join a dynamic team to support residential investor clients in buying, selling, or leasing investment properties, while gaining hands-on experience and working toward your real estate license. Responsibilities include assisting with client consultations, coordinating in person and virtual property showings and research, supporting networking efforts with investors and sellers, helping manage transaction paperwork, and learning about market trends through mentorship.

This role offers a clear path to licensure, commission opportunities, and the chance to build a rewarding career in real estate while contributing to exceptional client outcomes.

• Eagerness to obtain a Real Estate License (we'll provide guidance and support through the process)
• Some real-world real estate experience, such as property management, investment analysis, or client-facing roles in housing/finance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of local real estate markets in the service areas (or a passion to learn quickly)
