Position Overview Responsible for defining SAP application architecture and extension strategy, leveraging ABAP, RAP, and SAP BTP technologies. This role translates business needs into scalable solutions, guides development standards, and ensures a clean, supportable, and future-ready SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of SAP application development and extension solutions that support business objectives.

Partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technology leaders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.

Define and maintain application development standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Drive SAP modernization initiatives, including clean-core and extensibility strategies.

Evaluate and recommend technologies and approaches that enhance business processes and platform capabilities.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and quality standards.

Oversee solution reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the broader technology landscape.

Mentor developers and serve as a subject matter expert for SAP application development and architecture.
