Equipment Operator; Loaders and Skids

Overview

We are seeking skilled drivers and heavy equipment operators with experience operating the following vehicles/equipment: front end loaders, Bobcats, and fuel trucks. This physically demanding outdoor position requires working in challenging weather conditions to clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways. Your hard work will directly impact the safety and well-being of our clients.

• Operate equipment to clear snow on commercial properties, including driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways.
• Work outdoors in cold weather and other challenging conditions.
• Maintain clear communication with team members regarding snow conditions and operational status.
• Be on call for weather events (24/7).

• Must have experience plowing commercial properties.
• Valid Driver’s license & DOT license (or ability to obtain one).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work long hours and in cold weather.
• On call for weather events 24/7.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
