Summary:
Working safely within a cooperative team environment, the Inspector Packer is responsible for inspecting and packaging finished goods to our customers' specifications. All work is performed in a climate-controlled environment.

- Understand the needs of the customers and how a quality part is defined by them
- Assist in ensuring the output of our process is a quality part by inspecting for quality defects
- Read and understand job order packing specification
- Prepare product for shipment by packing items according to order specifications
- Operate grinder and remove scrap when necessary
- Change rolls of plastic as needed
- Communicate quality and machinery concerns to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Dexterity and the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Proficient in English
- Frequent lifting of 15-25 lbs.
- Occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
- Frequent repetitive tasks with upper extremities.
- Prolonged periods of standing on concrete floor.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to correctly wear and use personal protective equipment.
