Inspector Packer 2nd Shift (Mon - Fri 2:15 PM to 10:30 PM) Company Summary

Working safely within a cooperative team environment, the Inspector Packer inspects and packages finished goods to our customers' specifications in a climate‑controlled facility.

• Self‑motivated team player
• Comfortable adapting to different workstations each day

• Understand customer needs and define quality parts
• Inspect for quality defects to ensure process output meets standards
• Read and understand job order packing specifications
• Prepare products for shipment by packing items per order specifications
• Operate grinder and remove scrap when necessary
• Change rolls of plastic as needed
• Communicate quality and machinery concerns to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• High school education or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Dexterity and ability to work quickly and accurately
• Proficiency in English

• Frequent lifting of 15–25 lbs.
• Occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
• Frequent repetitive tasks with upper extremities
• Prolonged periods standing on concrete floor
• Attention to detail
• Ability to wear and use personal protective equipment correctly
