Security Officer – Front Desk (Concierge)
Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to work at our Maumelle, AR location. The role focuses on customer service, access control, patrols, and incident response in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
Schedule & Compensation- Full‑time, 40 hours per week
- Shift pattern:
Wednesday‑Thursday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm;
Friday‑Sunday 11:00 pm – 7:00 am; evening/overnight shifts as needed. - Competitive hourly wage: $16.12

- Provide excellent customer service: welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide guests.
- Manage access control and identify potential risks through regular patrols.
- Inspect security equipment, report maintenance needs, and respond to incidents.
- Provide first aid and coordinate with emergency teams as needed.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic phone and computer skills.
- Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
- State security license if required.
