• Hourly Pay:
  Earn up to $37.00/hour
• Potential for Overtime
• Performance Bonuses:
  Earn up to $12,000 annually in bonuses paid out once each month.

• 2nd shift – 12pm – 10pm
• 3rd shift – 10pm – 8am

• Inspect and repair trailers to ensure they're safe, reliable, and road‑ready.
• Utilize advanced tools, technology, and software to manage work orders and repairs.
• Collaborate with a skilled team while adhering to compliance and safety standards.
• Bring expert knowledge to every repair, delivering top‑tier service with every project.

• A CDL is preferred but not required.
• At least one year of trailer maintenance experience.
• A clean driving record and a passion for getting the job done right.
