The Role (options)
As a dental assistant, you will enhance the efficiency of the dental office and provide a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming environment, creating a positive experience for patients.
What You’ll Do- Support both the dentist and patients with a variety of tasks.
- Assist with patient preparation, providing comfort and explaining procedures.
- Offer clinical support during dental procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and managing dental materials.
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Ensure instruments are properly sterilized, and that the treatment area is clean and organized.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care.
- Expose and develop diagnostic dental x‑rays and perform routing maintenance and cleaning of dental operatory equipment.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience working as a dental assistant is desired.
- Graduation from a Dental Assistant training program/technical school. Additional training may substitute for required experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
