Grocery Clerk I (Part-Time)

Join the Festival Foods team as a Grocery Stocker. You will keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and making a difference, this is the role for you.

• Provide excellent guest service, greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Stock and display products, ensuring freshness and proper rotation.
• Help guests locate products and offer suggestions.
• Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Collaborate with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Keep the department clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Address guest concerns with care and professionalism.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and give adequate notice for absences.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Helpful attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies and proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, walk‑behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

• Stand for long periods, work in a cooler, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly.
• Lift products and perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods.
• Visually monitor the store and operate equipment.
• Lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.

Part‑time schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Weekly Pay & Premium Pay:
Part‑time associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays.

Two‑Week Advanced Scheduling:
Schedules released two weeks in advance.

Vision & Dental Insurance:
Eligible for part‑time and full‑time associates.
