, where you'll play a key role in strengthening financial performance and supporting long-term business goals.
In this position, you'll guide core accounting activities and manage treasury operations, helping ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cash management, and strong internal controls. Working alongside senior leadership, you'll contribute to financial planning and strategic decision-making while identifying opportunities to improve processes and maintain the organization's financial stability.
What You'll Do- Supervise and support a team of four finance staff members, providing guidance and direction to meet business objectives.
- Direct daily treasury activities, including liquidity planning, bank partnerships, and oversight of investment transactions.
- Monitor accounting operations and reporting practices to maintain reliable financial records and adherence to applicable regulations.
- Establish and refine financial guidelines and workflows to improve efficiency and accommodate company expansion.
- Coordinate audit requests and deliver financial summaries and performance reports to executives and other key stakeholders.
- At least 12 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, or financial services.
- Four or more years of hands-on experience overseeing treasury operations and cash management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while managing competing priorities in a high-volume work environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with colleagues across multiple business functions.
