• Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 (Greater Cleveland area)
• Healthcare Setting: 4 Main - Neuro Unit
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 2/13/2026 – End: 5/15/2026)
• Nursing Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 – 07:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Orientation: 16 hours

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or Compact State RN license
• American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications (current and active)
• One supervisory reference in Med/Surg Telemetry (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training modules
• Work every other holiday as scheduled
