Gardens of Mayfield Heights is looking for compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our in-house rehabilitation team!
We currently have opportunities available for both Full-Time and PRN PTAs

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence
Work with a diverse geriatric population in a SNF/LTC setting
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
SNF/LTC experience is preferred but not required
New graduates are welcome to apply!
Familiarity with Net Health is a plus
