JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Migration Specialist to execute a short-term data migration project. This role involves manually transferring data from legacy documents to an Excel spreadsheet. Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and minimal disruption to business operations is critical. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data fields, MS Excel, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

· Extract data manually and input into Excel spreadsheets

· Perform data validation to ensure consistency and accuracy

· Collaborate with internal and external team members

Ensure compliance with security standards

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications

· Proven experience in data migration projects (2+ years preferred)

· Proficiency with MS Excel

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

· Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration

· Comfortable commuting to Mayfield Heights, OH office 5 days a week
