SAP BTP

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Additional certifications that support IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Service Now Senior Engineer, with a strong track record of designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions.
• Experience in security best practices and compliancy requirements for area of expertise
• In-depth knowledge of Service Now capabilities, including modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, IRM, HRSD, Sec Ops, CMDB, and more.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and their implementation within Service Now.
• Experience with Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain professional and strong relationships with business partners, contractors, and stakeholders
• Demonstrate Agile methodologies and can apply those processes to everyday work
