Mayfield Heights, OH. As the Email Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing email campaigns that foster brand loyalty and improve client experience. This position requires creativity, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies.

• Email Marketing
• Under the direction of our Communications Director the candidate will develop strategies for marketing email campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and building trust with existing customers.
• Creates email campaigns utilizing strong writing skills that aligns with and furthers the company voice.
• Collaborate with the in-house design team to create visually appealing, actionable campaigns that align with brand standards and drive engagement.
• Be responsible for updating the editorial calendar with email marketing activities.
• Analyze email performance, optimize templates, and enhance client engagement.
• Responsible for data back end clean up and maintenance of programs.
• Partners with Communications Director and Social Media Manager on blogs, social media postings and newsletters.
• Data Reporting & Analysis
• Track, analyze, and report on email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
• Provide actionable insights based on performance data to inform future campaigns and improve ROI.
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track trends and campaign effectiveness.

• A creative eye for email creation and design, ensuring all content adheres to brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Associates or bachelors degree in marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and email performance dashboards.
