Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Mayfield Heights, Ohio — earn up to ($2307 - $2428 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
• Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
• Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results.
• Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.

• Current RN license and certification in Progressive Care nursing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
• Ability to set and achieve individual performance targets.
• Experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar healthcare setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for patient monitoring.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
• Proficient in documenting patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Willingness to mentor and train new nursing staff.
