American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift hospital position requiring an active Ohio or compact RN license and at least one year of Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

• Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Active Ohio or compact RN license required, in hand at time of consideration
• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• Background check must show no open cases and no hits on professional license

• Provide nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients during night shift hours
• ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments completed during orientation, with up to 2 attempts to pass
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Holiday coverage required for every other holiday
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• Assignments may be extended up to 18 consecutive months, after which a 6-month break is required before returning
