-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Mayfield Village. In this full‑time, onsite role, you will support sales, marketing, and customer relations teams by managing customer quotations, coordinating pricing, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a direct impact on business success.

• Strong data entry skills with ERP system experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with quoting, order entry, and handling customer inquiries
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Manage and analyze customer quotation requests and coordinate with internal teams to deliver competitive pricing
• Handle blanket and project quote renewals with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and ensuring prompt communication
• Support order processing, resolve pricing discrepancies, and assist with pricing strategy development
• Track sales trends, generate reports, and share market insights to support sales initiatives
• Collaborate across departments to provide technical support and ensure contract compliance
• Provide backup support to team members and assist during storm‑related emergencies as needed

• Prior experience supporting a sales team or in a similar inside sales role
• Familiarity with sales trend analysis and pricing strategy development
• Additional technical or product support experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred
• 100% onsite during the contract
• Business casual work environment
• Must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable asking questions
• Willingness to provide flexible support, including storm‑related coverage
