Position : Building Exec Assistant

Mayfield Village, Ohio is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the Building Department. This position assists in the processing of permits, zoning applications and project documentation, maintains accurate departmental records, and serves as the professional point of contact for residents, contractors and developers.

The Executive Assistant also serves as the Secretary to the Planning & Zoning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Architectural Review Board and must attend up to five evening meetings per month in addition to preparing agendas, packets and minutes.

The successful candidate must possess strong communication, organization and customer-service skills and be able to work independently.
