As a sourcing specialist for the Corporate Procurement organization, you'll manage sourcing activities, support contract renewals, and driving procurement strategies that support company objectives. In this role, you'll use analytics and reporting to uncover opportunities, optimize supplier agreements, and inform decision-making. Additionally, you’ll analyze data to identify trends and contribute to category plans that enhance strategic sourcing efforts to align with overall business goals.
There are three separate openings for this role, each supporting one of these specific categories:
Operations, HR/Banking, and Marketing/Non-IT Consulting. Applicants will be considered for the category that best aligns with their skills and experience.
This is a hybrid role, which means you’ll work in-office 1 day a week.
Must-have qualifications- High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience.
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of four years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience
- Ability to gather and summarize data
- Enjoys negotiating
- Ability to interpret, review and summarize contractual agreements
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Extremely driven to learn and grow within the Procurement function
- $61,300 - $81,700/ year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare cash incentive up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
