Internal Medicine - Cardiology

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in relevant state(s)
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
• Minimum of 2 years experience in general, non-interventional cardiology
• Proficiency in interpretation of echocardiograms, nuclear imaging, and stress tests
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of current clinical guidelines and best practices in cardiology
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
• Prior experience with STEMI transfers and acute cardiac patient management

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
• At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in cardiology
• Proven track record in outpatient and hospital-based cardiology services

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work flexible weekday hours; shift times not specified
• Willingness to perform echo reads, nuclear scans, and stress tests
• Commitment to adhering to safety and compliance standards
• Eligibility for applicable licensures, certifications, and travel reimbursements where applicable
