As a supervisor of treasury control and quality on the Treasury Total Quality Management team, you'll lead and coordinate quality assurance and control activities within the Treasury Organization. In this role, you'll develop a team of quality assurance coordinators, lead all aspects of daily operations, and ensure the accuracy and quality of work produced. You'll provide technical expertise, training, assistance, and support through mentorship to direct reports.

Additionally, you’ll lead efforts to improve processes and handle risk within the department.

This is a hybrid role that requires working out of Mayfield Village, OH 1-2 days per month.

Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury, quality or audit role.
  • or Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years of experience in a treasury, quality, or audit role.
Preferred skills
  • Demonstrated project or people leadership
  • Knowledge of quality and audit processes and standard methodologies
Compensation
  • $65,500 - $87,300/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
