Department/Unit SummaryThe Emergency Room (ER) is a 14‑bed unit that ensures patients receive optimal medical attention and support.
How You’ll Contribute- Perform plan‑of‑care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care and monitor patient condition, communicating with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate across disciplines for coordinated patient care.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of clinical experience strongly preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
- Handle With Care (HWC) within 6 months of hire.
- Registered Nurse licensed to work in the State of Kentucky.
- New Graduates may work under a KY provisional license for up to 6 months with expectation of obtaining RN license within first 6 months.
