Inside Sales Representative - HVAC - Base Salary to 70k/year - Mayfield, KY
Our client is a leading manufacturing in the HVAC and heat pump industry. The team is seeking an additional Inside Sales Representative.
The Inside Sales Representative is an in‑office position focused on B2B sales and expansion for the team. The person will hunt and develop new leads while ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Grow and manage accounts
- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads
- Work with dealers/clients on selling products to favorable end‑users
- Act as a technical industry expert for clients and prospects
- Sell clients on features and benefits of various product lines
- Sell solely to B2B entities such as distributors, hardware stores, retailers, and resale companies
- Stay up to date on industry and market trends
- 5+ years selling in B2B, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Robust phone and cold‑calling skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Robust network in the HVAC industry
- Base salary up to $70,000 per year, plus monthly commission and a comprehensive benefits package
