• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns.
• Promote our Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the floor, showing support in their fitness journeys, and upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, escalate to the Club Manager.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership‑related functions such as sign‑ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contributing to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Perform prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all exercise equipment, Recovery Zone amenities, and restrooms.
• Regularly inspect club areas to quickly fix safety or policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.
• Address maintenance concerns such as broken or missing equipment promptly.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Continuously stand and move throughout the club during the shift.
• Continuously communicate in person or on the phone.
• Can lift up to 75 pounds.
• May encounter toxic chemicals occasionally.
• Often cleans and sanitizes equipment and facilities.
• Moves in various positions, including bending and twisting.
