Inventory Transaction Associate

This is a 90 day temporary position to support the Operations team with Amazon transactions in Net Suite and Seller Central, and will also support transactions related from our IDS to Kenco transition.

• Supports the Transfer Order process for Amazon, including updates to Net Suite and Seller Central and in close coordination with the DTC team.
• Usingour
  
  ERPsystem(Net Suite);creates,records,maintains,andanalyzesinventorytransfertransactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Works closely with JDE transportation team, transportation providers and warehouse transportation teams to ensure timely Net Suite transactions supporting movements.
• Resolves inventory lot code discrepancies for inventory transfers and customer shipments

• Highly analytical, able to work cross functionally, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Proven experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Experience working with Net Suite ERP.
• CPG, good/beverage background.
