Module Configuration Engineer

Join the Acacia Module Configuration team, supporting the accurate and timely release of optical module configurations. The team works across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Sales Applications Engineering to maintain configuration documentation and process engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle. This role works on a team that ensures configuration records, production documents, and related data remain accurate, consistent, and ready to support manufacturing operations.

As a Module Configuration Engineer, you will review and cross-check module configuration documents, spreadsheets, and system records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. You will identify and resolve any missing, conflicting, duplicated, or incorrectly formatted configuration information. Your responsibilities include processing and tracking engineering change orders using internal websites, SharePoint, and process-automation tools. Additionally, you will assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of product label templates and related configuration-controlled content. Providing first- and second-level support for configuration issues affecting the production environment is expected.

Finally, you will help improve configuration-management workflows by identifying repetitive tasks, process gaps, and opportunities for automation.
