Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Overview

110 Grill Maynard is now hiring servers. We are looking for both full-time and part-time availability. Nights and weekends are required, however, flexible schedules may be available.

• Servers are the front line engagers of the restaurant and are responsible for hosting their experience. The national standard for greeting guests is 30 seconds.
• Must have knowledge of all menu items and ingredients and be able to answer guest questions regarding menu items, ingredients, allergy information, item availability and 110 Grill policies.
• Know all steps of service and provide polished service at the guest’s pace.
• Be engaging, enthusiastic and personable at tables to ensure a pleasurable dining experience. Maintain eye contact and presence in your section.
• Be a team player: answer the phone, help seat guests, refill/prebuss other servers tables, run food, complete running side work, and be willing to perform tasks delegated by management.
• Explain our concept for food and service to all tables with enthusiasm.
• Complete opening and closing side work, including setup and breakdown of dining room daily. Work as a team to complete running side work, including running food/beverage, resetting tables and restocking wait stations.

• Must be able to communicate knowledgeably about menu items and ingredients.
• Must be a team player and maintain a professional, energetic demeanor with guests.
• Must be willing to perform tasks delegated by management and help where necessary.

$15.00/hr - $30.00/hr
