The role oversees a unionized team of about 35 employees, manages breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a fast-paced scratch kitchen, and directs catering, events, and weekly pop-ups while maintaining quality.
Strong leadership, budgeting, menu development, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems are essential.
