Wellesley Fresh, a division of AVI Food systems, seeks a Chef Manager to lead culinary operations at Bates Culinary Center on the Wellesley College campus. Schedule includes Tue–Sat shifts, overseeing a ~35-person union team and a fast-paced scratch kitchen serving meals and events.
The ideal candidate has higher-ed dining experience, strong organizational and computer skills, and the ability to manage menus, inventory, and cost controls in a union environment.
