Commercial Construction Superintendent
Our company is actively seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of onsite construction including but not limited to scheduling, cleanliness, and safety. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience in supervising or managing a commercial interior fit‑out construction project.
Responsibilities- Schedule subcontractors and inspections as necessary in order to comply with the project schedule.
- Ensure subcontractors are performing work as per the construction documents and that it meets company standards and quality.
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, etc.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures for all trades.
- Perform daily cleanup.
- Report directly to the Project Manager and assist with tasks such as weekly meetings and RFI's.
