Behavior Technician – In-Home ABA; PM Shift – Maywood Area

Pay: $24-$32/hour
Schedule: Afternoon hours | Part-time
Setting: In-home sessions in the Maywood, NJ area

Join our team of dedicated ABA professionals and spend your afternoons working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You'll follow personalized treatment plans created by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help children make meaningful progress in their daily lives, right in their own homes.

• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy during in-home afternoon sessions

• Implement individualized care plans under BCBA guidance

• Support the development of communication, independence, and behavioral skills

• Track progress and help families feel confident and supported

• Flexible scheduling - designed to fit your life

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation for in-home visits

• ABA experience preferred but not required
