Vanguard Surgical Center – Part-Time Pre Op/PACU RN

Vanguard Surgical Center is hiring a part-time Pre Op/PACU RN. The Registered Nurse will plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and implement all nursing care services for pre- or post-surgical patients in a manner consistent with accepted standards of care, while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards.

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS if required by the center
• 2 years of experience in Pre Op/PACU or Critical Care preferred
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
  
  Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet patients and unit needs
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Pay Range: $46.59 - $55.28/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
