Lube technician

Patriot CDJR McAlester is seeking a reliable and skilled Lube Technician to join our team in McAlester, OK. Previous experience as a Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining vehicle performance and customer satisfaction by performing routine maintenance services quickly and efficiently.

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements according to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks, tire wear, and other potential maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the service area.
• Assist technicians with basic vehicle maintenance and ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate maintenance needs to service advisors or customers as appropriate.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a lube technician or in a related automotive maintenance role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle fluids, lubricants, and routine maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the job.
