GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Analyst with a Secret Clearance to join our Team in McAlester, OK.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform critical project management, technical, or business analysis of major Defense acquisition systems and provide recommendations to ensure project success.
- Provide project analysis support for all aspects of the project.
- Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Project and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to projects.
- Track project status and schedules.
Position Requirements:
- Education:
- MS or MA degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management or a related technical discipline.
- ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management or a related technical discipline and an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant technical experience may be substituted for a MS or MA degree. These four (4) years of experience are in addition to the required minimum of ten (10) years to meet the “Experience” requirements below, therefore, requiring a total of fourteen (14) years of experience.
- Experience:
- At least ten (10) years of recent and relevant technical experience in project management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to systems acquisition and life cycle management with a minimum of six (6) years out of the previous ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience related to analysis and planning.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Defense policy and documentation related to Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisition s, CDRLs and DD Form 254 (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
- Experience in processing acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military projects.
- Demonstrated experience in project status, earned value management and schedules.
- Must be able to attain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
