Primary Care and Family Medicine Physician

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Care and Family Medicine Physician located in McAlester, OK. The physician will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care to a diverse population, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Duties include routine check-ups, preventive care, and health education while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and effective care.

The physician will maintain accurate medical records and stay updated with the latest medical advancements.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Medicine (MD/DO) with active licensure to practice in Oklahoma
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
  • Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient care and collaboration with colleagues
  • Commitment to continuing medical education and staying updated on medical advancements
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
  • Experience or interest in community health is a plus
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems is desirable
