- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in engineering management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and practices.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience in public sector engineering projects.
- Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices.
- Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the design, development, and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering challenges, ensuring timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
