The Director/Manager of Information Technology is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and services, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations while supporting business objectives and leading IT staff and vendors.

• Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, systems, hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, and data protection standards.
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, and technology initiatives from planning through execution.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate IT staff; manage workload, priorities, and performance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, licensing, and service agreements.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets; track expenses and optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to align technology with business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• X+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of networks, systems administration, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and budgets.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco).
• Experience in [industry, if applicable].

Office-based with occasional after-hours or on-call support and travel as needed. This position is located in McAlester, Oklahoma.
