Available Full‑Time Shifts
  • Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Sunday – Thursday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Weekend doubles, 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
Pay, Benefits and Perks

Essential Functions
  • Perform resident care responsibilities in a manner conducive to safety and comfort consistent with company policies, procedures and state/federal regulations
  • Administer medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policy
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the five rights of medication administration
  • Record all medications given to residents based on their specific chart
  • Notify appropriate licensed staff when a resident complains of pain
  • Take and record vital signs of residents as assigned or required by certain medications
  • Use the computer system to enter and reference resident information for medication administration and treatments
  • Answer resident call lights, anticipate resident needs and make rounds to assigned residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse or charge nurse
  • Observe for and report any reactions or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse
  • Perform all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors
  • Support and maintain a culture of safety and quality
  • Administer PRN medications in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policy
  • Report and record any changes observed in residents’ condition or behavior and unusual incidents
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general equivalency preferred
  • Six months experience in a long‑term care environment preferred
  • Valid CMA certification in the state of Oklahoma required
  • Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
  • React decisively and quickly in emergency situations
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Additional languages preferred
