• Monday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am
• Saturday - Sunday 10:00pm - 6:00am

• 10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidates
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Shift differential pay (at participating locations)
• Paid time off (PTO+) added after 30 days; accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only)
• Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only)
• 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
• Assign nursing care to team members according to resident needs and person’s qualifications
• Administer medications
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
• Document treatments as required
• Ensure supplies used economically and equipment clean and maintained safely
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma required
• Valid CPR certification
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• React decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
