NOW HIRING - A/B LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN RGV Tire Pros is looking for an experienced, skilled, and dependable A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.
We are seeking a qualified mechanic who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of domestic and import vehicles.
Pay & Compensation- $18-$22 per flag hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Minimum of 30 flag hours per week guaranteed.
- Opportunity to earn more based on productivity.
- Full-time position.
- Must have proven A-Level or B-Level automotive repair experience.
- Must have your own professional automotive tools.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with engine performance, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and general mechanical repairs.
- Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using diagnostic scanners and automotive repair equipment.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
- Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs.
- Accurately identify vehicle problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Complete assigned repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work professionally with service advisors and other technicians.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards.

- Guaranteed minimum of 30 flag hours per week.
