• The SSAM will be the primary contact in the entire estimating process on content and scope of each estimate they produce.
• The SR Service Account Manager will be responsible for his team of Service Account Managers—the SR SAM’s direct reports—monitored and grown under his direct responsibility.
• Field observations and inspections, onscreen estimating, proposal writing, detail review, client interactions, change order management, and association involvement.
• Contract scope verification, client relationship, and overall project engagement from start to finish, including coordinating and leading client education and client meetings.
• Must have a specific understanding of construction processes for new construction and remedial projects within the scope of work (codes, wind uplift pressures, thermal and moisture intrusion, materials, and methods).
• Responsible for sales of remedial work of $150k jobs and greater.

If applicant does not have a four-year degree, they must have a minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience with at least five (5) years of estimating experience.

Estimating software proficiency, Microsoft Office, English speaking, bilingual preferred.

• Must meet all requirements of Service Account Manager.
• Ability to interpret, understand, and train others on construction documents.
• Understand specific construction items (as listed in Job Description).
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Problem solving and dispute resolution skills.
• Strong work ethic/self-starter.
• Advanced negotiation and relationship building skills (has current client base).
• Career ambition to move up within Chamberlin.
• Strong time management skills (able to help manage employees and projects).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to climb scaffolding, stairs, ladders (standing, stooping, bending, lifting, etc.).
• Must be able to lift 50lbs (including set up ladders) and work in inclement weather conditions.

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
