This is a full-time on-site role based in McAllen, TX, for a Construction Project Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and timely delivery of construction projects. The role involves managing budgets, coordinating project schedules, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
- Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools
- Familiarity with safety regulations and local building codes
