Associate Dentist – McAllen, TX – Sociable Society Talent

ASSOCIATE GENERAL DENTIST | $175K–$350K+ EARNING POTENTIAL | MODERN DIGITAL PRACTICE | 4‑DAY WORKWEEK

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (preferred)

Schedule

• Full‑time:
  Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (with a 1‑hour lunch break)
• Part‑time:
  Open to 2 or 3 days per week, with flexible scheduling options
• Ideal for those seeking a balanced work‑life schedule, with 3‑day weekends every week

Procedures

• Preventive and comprehensive care in all aspects of general dentistry
• Bread‑and‑butter procedures:
  • Crown and bridge (including implant restorations)
